Organic Chef Tom’s Miso Dressing has been a favorite for the past 27 years. It’s super simple to prepare and simply delicious. Enjoy on your favorite fresh organic garden salads, whole grain and veggie dishes and bean or tofu salads!
INGREDIENTS ½ cup organic olive oil ½ cup water 3 tablespoons vinegar (apple cider, brown rice vinegar) or lemon juice ¼ small onion 4 Tbsp Miso Master Organic Sweet White or Mellow White Miso 1 teaspoon dried dill or 1 fresh sprig of dill 2 sprigs of fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon of dry parsley
INSTRUCTIONS Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
NOTE: Dressing thickens as it cools.
