Classic cranberry sauce with an organic twist.
An Athos family favorite for over 30 years!

1 12oz package of organic
    cranberries
1½ cups organic apple juice
2 tablespoons of agar
½ cup organic rice syrup
2 inch cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon orange rind
   chopped
¾ cup raisins
1 pinch of sea salt

Add agar and juice together in pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally (to keep agar from sticking to bottom of pan.) Add the cranberries and the other ingredients, bring to boil again, reduce heat and simmer with the lid agar for 15 minutes on medium heat. Cook for an additional 15 minutes without the lid. Pour into serving bowl and stir occasionally while
cooling. Enjoy!
