BAKEWARE USE & CARE

BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME AND AFTER EVERY USE, wash bakeware in warm, soapy water.

CLEANING – Bakeware is 100% dishwasher safe, however, we recommend hand washing to preserve your bakeware’s original luster. For stubborn spots on the stainless steel exterior or interior use a non-abrasive non-chlorine cleaner.

CAUTION: Sharp utensils will damage the surface of your bakeware. Never cut anything in or on your bakeware.

OVEN USE – This stainless bakeware is oven safe to preheated 500ºF/260ºC. CAUTION: Always use pot holders when removing bakeware from the oven. Never use bakeware in microwave.

DISCOLORATION – Using excessive heat can cause heat tints of blue or golden brown on stainless steel. These can be removed with a stainless steel cleanser. Follow cleaning instructions listed above.

WARPING – Never put cold water in a hot bakeware pan or plunge a hot bakeware pan into cold water. Sudden changes of temperature may cause any metal to warp, resulting in an uneven bottom.

STORAGE – Do not leave food in your bakeware for extended periods of time. Storing food in the refrigerator in any type of bakeware is not recommended.
